Problème de test d'anglais Duolingo, la caméra ne fonctionne pas. Bonjour, je viens de passer mon test d'anglais Duolingo pour la deuxième fois, le premier test, que j'ai passé il y a 2 jours, n'a pas été certifié à cause d'une caméra qui (soudainement) a cessé de fonctionner vers la fin du test. À l'heure actuelle, alors que je ...

If the English in your post is anything to go by, you were unlucky not to get 160/160! Duolingo used to accept other forms of Id cards, but they now require a passport. I took the Duolingo English Test yesterday. It was my first attempt and I got a certified overall result of 155/160. I got the result exactly eleven….

DET : r/duolingo. Duolingo english test experience! DET. I just received the results of my duolingo english test, I read plenty of reddit posts about how easily the test wouldn't get certified, that it was a scam, etc... so I thought of writting a post myself with my quite positive experience! I wouldn't say I was prepared at all to do the exam.

My requirements: The uni I applied to needed, 125+ overall, 125+ in literacy and another subscore, and no subscore less than 115. My experience with DET: (1) I took the test a total of 4 times. 2 of them were uncertified because of my own fault. The 3rd time was certified and I got the following scores: Overall- 135, Lit- 125, Conv- 135, Comp ...

First of all, this is completely my experience and yours might be different because exam is an adaptive one and you get harder questions if you answer most of the questions that you face-up correctly. To prepare, I took 4 mock tests (from test site) which estimately graded me as 125-145, 105-145, 105-140 and 100-140 if I remember correctly.

If your work involves Japanese at all, it's sometimes a benchmark for applicants (usually this is N3 and up). I took N5 last December and am on the last checkpoint of Duolingo, I think it's a lofty claim to suggest you can pass N5 on Duolingo alone. It doesn't teach enough kanji or vocabulary to pass comfortably, imo.

The Japanese course on Duolingo is mainly a word learning course. Each unit will introduce you to a couple new words (between 15 and 30), then it will incorporate some of those words into sentences, and finally those sentences will try to teach a couple grammar points as well. Assuming, you get each unit to max level, most words are gonna stick.

My Duolingo English Test experience - September 2023. Discussion. Hello everyone! I recently took the DET (Duolingo English Test) last week and scored 150/160. I wanted to share my experience here, as it might benefit others in the future. Before registering for the test, I had read previous experiences shared on Reddit as well.

Yeah I thought about that too but in order to take the test you have to download a separate Duolingo software and all the background apps and browsers need to be shut down. I do have a Grammarly extension installed in my browser but it can not be activated on the Duolingo software so I don’t know what app they thought i was using. I feel like ...
